The 16th Training Course on Diagnosis and Treatment Techniques of Throat Endoscopy has been successfully concluded!
On September 1, 2024, the 16th training course on throat endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology was successfully held in Sanming City, Fujian Province. Experts unanimously praised the high-tech laser!
Led by Professor Lei Wenbin's team from the First Affiliated College of Sun Yat sen University, the experts and students conducted theoretical lectures and practical training.
This meeting mainly discussed the refined management and training system research and promotion of minimally invasive surgery for the throat, emergency and severe treatment of otolaryngology, experience and insights in the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal cancer in primary hospitals, principles of voice microsurgery, and surgical treatment strategies for recurrent laryngeal papillomas.
The study class provides fresh animal throat specimens, lasers, and microscopes for students to operate in practice, correctly mastering the essentials of CO2 laser animal solid operation supporting the throat microscope, and further improving the new understanding of laser surgery technology among experts and students.
